SYNTHA is an independent and democratic labor organization formed by workers, for workers. Our main goal is to defend the rights, dignity, and interests of all members regardless of their job title, background, or status. We believe that all workers deserve fair wages, safe working environments, job security, and a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. Through collective action, negotiation, education, and advocacy, we aim to improve working conditions and promote social and economic justice. Rooted in solidarity, transparency, and inclusiveness, our syndicate is a space where every worker is heard, respected, and empowered. We are committed to building a future where labor is valued, and justice is not just a goal but a reality. Whether you're facing unfair treatment at work, seeking better conditions, or simply want to be part of a movement for change, SYNTHA is here to support and stand with you.
